Latest Technological Inventions – Futuristic Inventions Revealed
The electronics revolution shows no signs of slowing down. When I was a youngster we had dial telephones, AM radio, and black & white TV with a tall antenna on the roof. We did not have microwave ovens, cell phones, computers, FM radio, or GPS systems and there were no satellites. Well hang onto your hats, because the revolution has just begun…
X-ray vision is already here… sort of.
Knowing that radio waves can pass through solid materials, in 2006, engineers at Cambridge Consultants in the UK announced they had built a device they called the Prism 200 which can detect people through a brick wall. The briefcase-sized system works by transmitting pulses of ultrawide-band radar and listening for returning echoes.
According to the company, these pulses can pass through building walls over 16 inches thick, and detect human beings behind those walls over a range of up to 50 feet. The device can only detect people when they are moving.

There is always something new happening in the world of science. In fact, there are so many new scientific discoveries and inventions, that itâ??s virtually impossible to stay abreast of all the new information. Here are a few really cool new inventions that are under development.
Using flying beetles for search and rescue
New research, funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), has demonstrated how flying beetles could one day be used surveillance purposes or for search-and-rescue and similar missions.
Michel Maharbiz is trying to take advantage of the beetle’s natural abilities by melding insect and machine. The team has wirelessly controlled a giant flower beetle with implanted electrodes and a radio receiver on its back. With a nearby computer they can send wireless signals to the beetle including commands to take off, hover in place, turn left, and turn right and land.
Oscillating electrical pulses delivered to the beetle’s optic lobes trigger takeoff, while a single short pulse ceases flight. Sending electrical signals to the left or right basilar flight muscles make the animal turn right or left, respectively.

The value of freedom in a country is priceless. If one country has freedom of speech and thought then they are sure to have a bright future ahead of them. How so? If a society has freedom of thought then they are free to explore their interests or whatever else that may pique their curiosity, which could eventually lead them to great knowledge and amazing discoveries.
Take the United States for example. America has surpasses all the other countries of the world not only economically but technologically as well. Although it is true that most technological inventions and other scientific discoveries did not really originated from the Americans themselves but rather are attributed to citizens of other countries. However, it is undeniable that these technological inventions are enhanced and further developed in America. Thanks to America’s innovative patent system these technological inventions are put to better use.
